Hello Internet,
Theoretically, I should have posted this last night. Instead, I am posting it right now because I update my blog on Sundays. There is no bad news to keep you posted on. Instead, I am doing a quick reflection of the media I consumed over the year. I have few goals, with only video games being the thing I keep track of. Books is misleading. I've read a lot of manga over the year, but most of those are either still being published or I have not finished them. The books listed there are the books I finished this year while also reading ongoing publications.
I also stopped keeping track of story progress as a part of my completion list. It just felt tedious and frustrating to add each single step I made, especially since I will sometimes fold different stages of production together whenever necessary. Is concept completed if I have to go back and revise an idea? Is the outline finished if I am refining the outline while I do the rough draft? Who knows.
Regardless, here is the year's end of 2022. Looking forward to 2023.
